Coach and Team Check-In

Coach Check-In Requirements:

Arrive at least 30 minutes before your first scheduled game.
Check in at the designated Tournament Table or Registration Desk at the main entrance.

Present:
- Photo ID
- Team Roster

Pick up:
- Coach credentials/passes
- Game schedule & rules
- Any required wristbands or entry items

Team Check-In:

Players do not need to individually check in.
Coaches must verify that all players are present and eligible.
Ensure all players are in proper uniform
No player will be allowed to play without being listed on the official roster.

Check-In Opens:

[8/30/25 - 8:00]

Location:

Upward Stars Center, 9768 Warren H. Abernathy Hwy, Spartanburg, SC 29301

Everyone will enter on the far-right side of the building.

Important:

Teams failing to check in before their first game may be disqualified.
Only credentialed coaches will be allowed on the bench.
