Tip-off & Forfeits

Tip-Off Times:

• First games will begin promptly at [8;30, 8:00 AM].
• Teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled game time and be ready to play.
• Game schedules will be released 2-3 days prior to the tournament.

Forfeits:

• Teams will forfeit if they are not on the court and ready to play within 5 minutes of the scheduled game time.
• A forfeit will result in a 15–0 loss being recorded.
• If a team forfeits a game, it may be removed from the tournament at the director’s discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for forfeits.
• In the case of unusual circumstances (traffic, injury, etc.), the tournament director will make the final decision.

Game Guarantee:

Each team is guaranteed 3 games, regardless of pool or bracket outcomes. We make every effort to keep the schedule on time and ask all teams to respect start times to ensure a smooth event.
