Schedule Accommodations Policy

We understand that travel, team conflicts, and player availability can sometimes be challenging. However, to ensure a fair and efficient tournament experience for all participating teams, we want to clearly outline our schedule accommodation policy:

Before the Tournament Starts:

Any schedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 5 days prior to the tournament start date.
Requests will be considered based on:
- Travel distances
- Religious observances
- School-related conflicts (with documentation)
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but no guarantees can be made.

Once the Schedule is Finalized:

No schedule changes will be made after the official schedule is released.
Game times, locations, and matchups are final.
Teams must be prepared to play at any assigned time or risk forfeit.

Game Time is Game Time

Teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before game time.
A 5-minute grace period will be given for late arrival, after which the game will be recorded as a forfeit.
