Schedule Accommodations Policy
We understand that travel, team conflicts, and player availability can sometimes be challenging. However, to ensure a fair and efficient tournament experience for all participating teams, we want to clearly outline our schedule accommodation policy:
Before the Tournament Starts:
- Any schedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 5 days prior to the tournament start date.
- Requests will be considered based on:
- Travel distances
- Religious observances
- School-related conflicts (with documentation)
- We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but no guarantees can be made.
Once the Schedule is Finalized:
- No schedule changes will be made after the official schedule is released.
- Game times, locations, and matchups are final.
- Teams must be prepared to play at any assigned time or risk forfeit.
Game Time is Game Time
- Teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before game time.
- A 5-minute grace period will be given for late arrival, after which the game will be recorded as a forfeit.
