What You Must Have on Site:

Official Roster
- Printed or online roster
- Must include player names, birth dates, and AAU membership numbers.

Proof of Age
- For each player:
  - Birth certificate, passport, or government-issued ID
  - Required for age-based divisions or if eligibility is questioned.

Proof of Grade (for grade-based divisions)
- Recent report card, school ID, or official school letter indicating current grade.

Coach Identification
- Photo ID required for all coaches.
- Only coaches listed on the official AAU roster will be allowed on the bench.

Failure to Provide Documentation May Result In:

Player disqualification
Game forfeitures
Team removal from the tournament

Bring All Documentation to:

Coach Check-In before your team’s first game

And keep it accessible throughout the tournament in case of a roster challenge or eligibility check.
