Team Roster Guidelines

Roster Submission:

All teams must submit a final roster by 8/27/25.
Rosters must be submitted via [email - melosportssc@gmail.com / Melo's Labor Day Classic Registration Form - Google Forms ]

Roster Limits:

Maximum of 10–12 players per team.
Each team is allowed up to 3 coaches on the bench.

Eligibility Requirements:

Players may only compete on one team per division during the event.
Age and grade verification (report card or birth certificate) must be available upon request.

Roster Changes:

No roster changes are allowed after the final submission deadline.
Any team using an ineligible or unlisted player will forfeit all affected games and may be removed from the tournament.

Game Day:

Bring a printed copy of your roster to check-in.
Rosters will be verified before the first game begins.
